toes. Repeat with your other leg. |

you and move your hips forward. Repeat with your other leg. |

| Lie on your back and with your knees bent and
do a partial sit up. |
Lie on your stomach with your face down. Slightly
raise your shoulders off the ground. |

| Lie on your back, tuck yoru tummy in and flatten
your back against the floor. |
Lie on your side and raise your leg 45 degrees.
Repeat with your other leg. |
