Lie on your back with hands over your head and stretch in both directions. Lie on your back and pull both of your knees to your chest.
Put one leg on a chair and reach towards your toes. Repeat with your other leg. Lean on one knee with other leg straight behind you and move your hips forward. Repeat with your other leg.
Lie on your back and with your knees bent and do a partial sit up. Lie on your stomach with your face down. Slightly raise your shoulders off the ground.
Lie on your back, tuck yoru tummy in and flatten your back against the floor. Lie on your side and raise your leg 45 degrees. Repeat with your other leg.
